1. 1. Cut the top off the bag on the cut line just above the zip seal. Open the zip seal and add 1.3 litres of hot water to the Kick Ice Cocktails mix – to the bottom (green) fill line as marked on the bag.
   2. Add 350ml (about half a 700ml bottle) of white rum (for Pineapple Pina Colada and strawberry daiquiri) or tequila (for the Lime Margarita) – to the top fill line marked on the bag.
   3. Stir the mix for about a minute until you can see that all the mix is dissolved and reseal the zip lock on the bag.
   4. Place the bag in your freezer for 6 to 8 hours (or overnight) until frozen.
   5. Remove the bag, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, squeeze the bag all over to loosen the mix, then scoop it out of the bag into your glass. Enjoy!

It usually takes 6 to 8 hours (depending on your freezer quality, how much is in the freezer etc). The beauty is you can do them well ahead of time so they are ready whenever you feel the urge for a cocktail. If you are having a party, it is best to do them a day or two before, that way they are frozen ready to go and you have less to do on the day of the party!

They can be kept for up to 6 months in the freezer.

No, one of the things that makes them so great is that you can serve out what you want then reseal them and put them back in the freezer to be used whenever you feel like a cocktail – for up to 6 months.

We sell them on-line and at several shows throughout the year (all of which are posted on our website and facebook one month beforehand) and if you subscribe to our contact list, you will be notified by email of our upcoming sales events.

Each bag makes at least 12 drinks

If you make it exactly according to our directions on the bag there are 12 standard drinks per bag. However, if you add more or less alcohol / or water than according to our instructions this will vary.

No – if you add more than the recommended amount of alcohol the mix will not freeze. If you want to use more alcohol you must make the bag up as per our instructions, freeze it and then when serving the cocktail pour some more alcohol over the top before you drink it.

Yes you can and they still taste fantastic – you really can’t tell the difference. If you add less alcohol, however, you must make up the difference by adding extra water of the equivalent amount. Please be aware, you will need to stand the bag out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving to give the mix time to defrost a little.

Yes you can. There are 2 ways to do this;

1. You may make up the cocktails in the bag and only add water to the very top line (no alcohol). Freeze the bag for 6 to 8 hours. It will freeze quite solid (it is the alcohol that stops the mix freezing solid) – so you will need to sit the bag out of the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Then give the bag a bash around on the kitchen bench to mush up the ice and it is ready to serve.
2. You may place about half of the mix in a blender, add about 500ml of water and 2 cups of ice – blend and serve

(ie white rum for the Pineapple Pina Colada and strawberry daiquiri and tequila for the Lime Margarita).

No – the alcohol you use is up to you – but it should be a clear alcohol so the taste doesn’t overpower the fruit flavours. Many people choose to use vodka as an alternative in all 3 cocktails.

Orders to Sydney metropolitan take 1 business day. Deliveries to NSW regional areas can take up to 3 business days, and interstate orders 3 to 4 business days.

All goods must be paid for in full before shipment. Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal or via afterpay.

Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. A break down of these costs are provided for your records on your invoice.

Items are usually sent via Australia Post. Packing and handling is included on your tax invoice along with included GST.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Kick Ice Cocktails if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

While we take every effort to pack our products extremely well, there are odd occasions when goods are broken or damaged in transit. If your order has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed with us what we are going to do. It may be that we need to see the goods and that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation. In this case we will require you to take a digital photo of the damaged article and either email or SMS it to us.

Kick Ice Cocktails is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning your package because it is damaged, Kick Ice Cocktails will reimburse you with the cost of the postage. Any further reimbursement is at our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
